Easy Pumpkin Fluff

This light and creamy dip is a perfect last-minute dessert that tastes like pumpkin pie!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box of instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 

 

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, pudding mix (the dry powder), and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  2. Fold in half of the thawed whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the remaining whipped topping.
  4. Chill for at least one hour before serving. Serve with graham crackers, gingersnaps, or apple slices for dipping.
