This is an on-site, full-time position (8am-5pm) at our Melbourne location

Pay Rate starts at 18-19/HR

Summary
This role manages the entire CPAP patient intake cycle, handling a high volume of daily calls to process orders and schedule equipment deliveries and pickups. Key responsibilities include resolving billing, delivery, and technical issues by coordinating with internal teams, educating patients on equipment use, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and financial guidelines.
Responsibilities
1. Handle 20-30 patient calls per day
2. Manage the intake process for CPAP patients
3. Handle telephone orders for CPAP equipment and supplies
4. Schedule deliveries/pickups
5. Resolve delivery, billing, and technical issues by coordinating with internal teams
6. Adhere to regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards
7. Educate patients on equipment use and care
8. Take ownership of fiscal responsibility for all delivery tickets
9. Maintain knowledge of state and federal healthcare programs
10. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Medical background preferred
- Must have strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills
- Must be able to sit for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to obtain tb QuantiFERON test or chest x-ray (we set this up)
